As a Holistic Health Coach, I help you adjust your diet and lifestyle to fix the root cause of these problems – not just the symptoms. Together we develop a step-by-step program that’s easy to integrate into your lifestyle, and that’s designed to work with your unique needs.

I also specialize in working with men and women who want to transition to a plant based diet. This includes vegetarian, vegan, or those wanting to cut down on meat for their health and/or to lose weight.
