A Health Coach is a trained advisor who gives you ongoing support and guidance. I help you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. You get a personalized program that we design together to radically improve your health and happiness.

Together we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Why Choose Me?

I specialize in plant-based diets. This includes vegetarian and vegan diets or those who want to cut down on meat for their health or to lose weight. Some people do well when they transition, but others need someone they can work with on a regular basis to get the one-on-one support they need to make the right changes to their diet that go beyond eliminating or cutting back on animal protein.

My Training

I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories, including plant-based diets, lifestyle management techniques, and innovative, health coaching methods. My teachers include some of the world’s leading health and wellness experts, including Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Katz, Dr. Walter Willett, and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. I use these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories to help clients make lifestyle changes that produce lasting results.
