A Health Coach is a trained advisor who gives you ongoing support and guidance. I help you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I listen carefully and help you navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. You get a personalized program that we design together to radically improve your health and happiness.

Together we explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Why Choose Me?

I specialize in plant-based diets. This includes vegetarian and vegan diets or those who want to cut down on meat for their health or to lose weight. Some people do well when they transition, but others need someone they can work with on a regular basis to get the one-on-one support they need to make the right changes to their diet that go beyond eliminating or cutting back on animal protein.

One Hour, One-on-One, Breakthrough Session Plus Bonus, 25 Minute Follow–Up Call

This is a quick start program customized to your needs. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Before we have our session you’ll receive a LWHC Health History form to fill out. I’ll review the information so that I get a clear picture of your diet and lifestyle as well as any past and current health issues.

Step 2. 60 Minutes Session. During our session (via Skype o) we’ll go over your Health History, talk about how you feel, and discuss your goals.

Step 3. Based on the first two steps, you’ll get,

  • Two to three recommendations that address your specific issues and goals
  • Handouts—you’ll receive a customized package of articles and resources that will provide additional information and support
  • A 25 minute, follow–up call—I’ll contact you two weeks after our session to (1) find out how you’re doing, (2) keep you on track, and (3) help you work through anything that might be getting in your way, and
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes

Three Month, Intensive Thrive Program

In the Three Month Intensive Program, we meet via Skype twice a month for three months.

Phase I. Getting to know you. All of my programs begin with a health history form. You fill it out so that I understand your current and past health, diet and relationship issues. Before our first session, we’ll discuss the information and your goals.

Phase II. Plan of attack. Everyone is different. We have different bodies, needs, and goals. We’ll work together to explore concerns specific to you and your body and to discover what’s best for your unique needs. Twice per month, we’ll meet for 50 minutes.

  • You receive coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • We’ll discuss your progress, any blocks that you’re experiencing and how you’re feeling
  • Together we decide on new recommendations to bring you closer to achieving your goals
  • After each session, you’ll receive a package of information and resources designed to give you additional support and guidance.
  • Ongoing support. You get unlimited email support between sessions
  • My personal commitment to your health and success
  • Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips, recipes, tools, and announcements about free teleseminars and webinars.
